So for those of use who love the 2023 Tour X but always wanted them to come in yellow, our time has come! I just stumbled upon them on their website. Unfortunately, it isn’t eligible (yet) for the “buy more, save more” discount. I’ll be going in store to pick some up and see if they will match the price.

We have some scrambles coming up, which of course are all about bombing driver.  What a great chance to try the high compression Tour X.

nice! I might need to snag a box. Tee'd off at 5:20 this morning and struggled the first couple holes following my ball since it was dark out.

Went into the store to pick up 4 dozen. When I was trying to get the 4 dozen for $120 rate the computer kept messing up and wouldn't honor the price. Guys working there were getting pissed the computer wouldn't work and ended up giving me a bit more of a discount out of frustration. 🙂 Regardless, I got my balls and I'm playing Friday.

I finally pulled the trigger and bought the Tour X and I absolutely love them. The way it feels off the putter, the spin off my wedges and the added distance with my driver have legitimately lowered my scores at my local course. 

Chunking shots and chipping rocks!

I've been playing the non-X and Srixon Z-Stars.  While my game is not one of fine precision, I think I still have a slight preference for the Z-Stars.  But, both make me equally happy.

Been beating the new yellow Tour around in the garage simulator for about a month now. Including about a billion wedge shots.

 

There's no doubt that the new yellow is more durable than the old yellow, and probably even the new white.

 

And compared to the durability (IMO) premium ball benchmark, the new yellow Pro V1 - the Tour is more than holding its own. I'd say the Titleist feels noticeably rougher when rolling it around in my hand. 

 

As for performance white v yellow - I can't tell a bit of difference.
