Middler
Just played Pine Needles yesterday for the first time, what a wonderful course. Obviously it's in winter form, but there's still some grass growing so it's remarkably nice for this time of year. The turtleback greens will add plenty of strokes to your scores. The clubhouse is old school traditional, but charming. Youse guys should have a great time. 5 Quote Titleist TSR2 11° HZRDUS Red CB 50 6.0 TSR w Lamkin UTx Midsize Titleist TSR2 16.5º HZRDUS Red 60 6.0 & TSR2 21º HZRDUS Black 4G 70 6.0 w Lamkin UTx Midsize Mizuno JPX900 Forged 4-GW, S18 56.10, S18 60.06 w MCC+4 Midsize Evnroll ER5B Fit@TrueSpec w P2 Touch Tour Maxfli Tour & ProV1 Ping Pioneer - MGI Zip Navigator AT Payntr X 002 LE, Ecco Biom C4, FJ DryJoys

Rob’s been doing all the behind the scenes work to make this possible. Thanks Brian, most of the work has involved waiting for places to resond. You'd be surprsed how many didn't or did so half heartly. Being in the industry myself, I knwo we are experiencing reord high demand for golf and courses can pick and choose the groups/outings they want, but I never take that for granted and get back to even the smallest inquires right away. But having been to the Pinehurst...both the resort and non resort courses many many times, I know this will be a great trip for everyone that is able to make it. So thrilled to see you registered. I also know some excellent places to eat and drink in the Village of Pinehurst (I have played #2 twice, plus #4 and Mid Pines about 20 years ago). Come to think of it, I have played almost every course in the Pinehurst area and Sanford, from a couple of rounds at Tobacco Road to most of the courses in and around the Pinehurst Resort. I have two very good friends who live there, one of whom lives a couple doors down from Donald Ross’ old home right on the course at Pinehurst #2 I'm really hoping I can make this trip happen. Only an hour and change from my house! If so, I'll offer to take any early arrivers to the Sanford Municipal course (also a Ross; on the way from RDU airport to Pinehurst) - if we get enough for this, it's a perfect course for a half-set best-ball game. 5 Quote Driver: ZX5 LS MkII 9.5* with 46.5" Ventus Blue 6X 3-wood: SIM 15* with Diamana Limited 75S 5-wood: RADspeed 18.5* with Motore X F3 60S 2i: ZX with SteelFiber i95 Stiff 4hy: TS3 23* with Tensei AV Blue 70 S 4i-7i ZX7, 8i-PW Z-Forged, Modus3 Tour 120 S 50* RTX ZipCore Modus3 Tour 115 55* RTX 6 Modus3 Tour 125 60* RTX Full Face ZipCore DG Spinner S400 Putter: Toulon Chicago Ball: ProV1x Left Dash, Chromesoft X LS Bag: Ltd Edition Tartan, blue/green/yellow Using to keep track of my shots and Fit for Golf Tested: D7 Forged 3i-PW, KBS Tour-V 110S - Official Review Blind Ball Test (Ball #3 vs Ball #4) - Unofficial Review V3 GPS Watch + Tags - Official Review

Berg Ryman
As someone who won't be going on this excursion, but went to the unofficial (in name only) first excursion, I will recommend it if you can make it work with your finances and time. Even if you're a quieter person in real life, like me, or someone who doesn't do great in large social environments, also like me, I can tell you that this trip was one of the most fun things I've ever done. Everyone is nice (when the needles aren't out), everyone is willing to talk shop or anything that may be of interest to everyone, and everyone wants to make the people who feel like they're on the outside welcomed and brought into the fold as friends and people. Not only are you going to get to play some awesome golf courses with awesome people, hopefully you'll leave this trip salivating to get back to the next one. That's my honest pitch for you all. If I could do it this year too I'd be there will bells on. Sadly financials and other goals and trips for me and missus will take priority in 2023, but she wanted me to go and will definitely want to push me for 2024, so I hope to get to see you guys soon again... namely @MDGolfHacker, let that dollar rest easy in that frame my friend. 1 3 Quote In a Hoofer Lite bag ST180, 10.5, Kuro Kage Silver TINI Dual Core 60-S Epic Flash Sub Zero, 15*, Kuro Kage Silver TINI Dual Core 60-S CBX119 18* Hybrid, Project X Evenflow Blue, 6.0 JPX 921 Hot Metal Pro 4-P, Nippon 950GH Stiff Flex CBX Zipcore 50* (bent to *49) and RTX Zipcore Tour Rack 54* (bent to *55), DG 115 Spinner, Tour Issue Smart Sole 4.0 C, DG 115 Spinner, Tour Issue SIK Golf Flo-C Z-Star XV Divide
