I guess it has been out for a while but I just found out about it! What is it? Its the GHIN handicap tracking/posting app! Its actually a really slick looking app that makes posting and looking up handicaps really easy. Just search for GHIN in your app store.

Just started using that APP this year -- keep scores going all the way back to last season based on your GHIN number -- makes posting scores easy. Also has a VERY simple course handicap function -- just use a slide bar to set the course slope rating and presto, you get your course handicap.

 

I have the Minnesota edition - get the current issue of Minnesota Golfer magazine via the app, as well as a Twitter feed from the MN Golf Association.

 

Highly recommended! Will post some screen shots as soon as my daughter can teach me how to do that...

I haven't tried it since last year, did they fix the issue where the app wouldn't actually save your GHIN number?

yes, I was never aware of the problem, but saves mine on Android and several friends using IPhone.

So far, so good with mine (iPhone) -- haven't had to re-enter anything the 5 or 6 times I've opened it up.
