Should be an interesting show.  I’ll definitely watch it as it shouldn’t be the worst thing I have or will ever watch on TV.

I am sure they will have drama packed episodes. If the players agreed to be filmed it is with the understanding that all aspects of the season will come out. Good, bad and the ugly

this really doesnt interest me much, I really dont care what is going on with these guys unless there is a "gem" I can pul from it to make me more competitive.

Considering this was filmed last year, in THE most contentious year in the PGA's history, I'm fascinated to see what and how it's all presented.  Great trailer - they made golf look VERY exciting, lol - we all know those 6-hour telecasts don't exactly get the blood pumping for our families ("Daaaaaaaad!!!! Not golf uhhhGAINNNNNNN!")

So true my its about the only TV my kids won't watch if its on

My 5 year old got hooked on golf and he actually likes watching with me, believe it or not! He's always saying, "dada, watch! He's gonna get a hole in one here!" Gotta love it!

Still hoping to get at least one of my kids into, m oldest is a bit interested but still a little young to get out there too much, but maybe soon.

We have a local PGA First Tee program at our club and the head pro does a phenomenal job with the younger age groups. It was his first year, and they hardly had golf clubs in hand but did a lot of coordination games and development. I think it made golf "fun" for those young age groups and he just looked forward to getting to go to the driving range every week. I have a feeling he will be accompanying me on most (if not all) of my rounds this summer, aside from my Tuesday night two man scramble league. The best part is we never had to push him to want to do it! Hoping his love for the game continues!

That's awesome! My little buddy is almost 3, and for the last year + he'll come in and watch for about 10-15 minutes at a time. It's awesome - he almost always asks "Is that Tiger?" no matter who is being shown on the TV, which almost always makes me laugh.  He's got a little set of "real" clubs - Wedge/Driver/Putter he got for Christmas last year, and he can WAIL on those things.  I've got a BirdieBall Putt-up that has a semi-permanent home in the play room - he asks me to set it up about every other week, and then we have putting competitions (which I'm winning, thankfully).  Haven't taken him to the range yet, since he can't quite be trusted to not get smacked in the face of someone's backswing, but he's close.  I'm just hoping he keeps being interested without me shoving it down his throat.  Fingers crossed, because his older sister could not be less interested at all

It's so much fun getting to share a passion with kids. I didn't get into golf until my college years, and I have zero doubts my son will be beating me by the time he's a teenager if he sticks with it. It's funny you mention putting, because we will be playing and he just walks up to the ball, sets up, and sinks it from 10+ feet at least once or twice in 9 holes . Just goes to show that sometimes not thinking is the best thinking! He's been on my wife and I about buying him a driver so he can start "driving greens"

Just watched the preview and it looks like it'll be an interesting show. Heck, until today I had forgotten that I had heard they were filming this and it should be a good watch, especially considering the rise of LIV.

SO pumped for this!

They could not have picked a better year to film a behind the scenes doco. The conspiracy side of me thinks this is a little too convenient, maybe the PGA Tour knew LIV was going to kick off in a big way last season and gave the greenlight to Netflix for the doco series? I'm sure the LIV guys aren't going to come out looking too great.

Aside from all of the big dramas, I'm hoping we get to see more of the general behind the scenes stuff as well, like players preparing for final rounds, and on-the-course caddy interactions. I love it when sometimes during the broadcasts you can hear a caddy and a player talk through a shot.

Also, the shenanigans that Dahmen and Higgs got up to during the Waste Management. That's gotta be a highlight episode

From what I had heard. When Netflix released the F1 Documentary (same film crew that is producing Full Swing) the amount of people that started following F1 racing grew substantially. Considering not the average person has the opportunity to drive 125+ MPH and has a better chance at playing a course that the PGA players play. I have high hopes this will continue to grow golf and how many people watch!

Drive to Survive release date was just announced as well - February 24th

The tennis version will be released tomorrow (1/13)
