@csnoil: Mitchell is off to a nice start to the season. Good luck with him. I still don't have a handle on how he will play in the Southeast. It's always remarkable to me how a different group of players perform once the tour moves to Florida.

Thanks, and hopefully Joel works out for you. It is interesting how much the grasses and I would guess weather influences the player. They even mentioned it on the TV broadcast last week.

They caught a huge break with the weather - normally February and March are very windy in Florida, particularly on the coast. It's been fairly tame here of late. Very dry though - if the wind gets up this weekend or next and those dry conditions remain in place, there will be some carnage at one of those events.

Finally finished the season. While I get that they were gearing this toward a community that knows nothing about the game, I'm hopeful that if there is a season 2 it goes more in depth on player's every day life in the game. Practice and the grind more than explaing the rules and situations over and over.

I’m with you on that. It was a bit different than I expected but I still enjoyed it. Hoping season 2 gets even better!

Agreed with previous posters - I thought it was a good "entry" point for non golf fans. Candidly, my favorite episode was of Joel Dahman ("someone has to be the 70th best golfer") and I hope they shed some light on the next "tier" of golfers (or even explore the KF tour / Q school grind).

Or an episode dedicated to the KornFerryTour. Show us the guys not flying in jets. Don’t have millions in the bank. Nothing against the guys that do… but it’s that true human drama that makes the compelling story for the viewer. Show us the guys who are just trying to make it sprinkled in with the major winners and household names.

Really enjoyed the series for the most part. Had no idea who Danny Rap was and now he's everywhere between that and barstool. Felt bad for Brooks and thought it was interesting he let them portray his vulnerable side. I don't know if I like him any more because of it but I probably hate him less. Joel Dahmen's episode has everyone rooting for that guy now, hands down the best one. Tony Finau's background was cool to see, love that he's a family man. Been a fan of that guy since his big break days. Can't wait for season 2, still not sure what a "cut" is

Would love to see Min Woo Lee make an appearance in the second season. Very biased as an Aussie, but he's a pretty chill bloke by all accounts, and he can absolutely launch a ball for a little fella. Followed his group around at the Australian PGA Championships at the end of last year and it blew me away how fast he can swing

I want to say I'm 4 episodes in and I really have no driving desire to jump back in and finish. I loved the Joel Dahmen episode but the rest were pretty meh for me. Every time I have some spare time on my hands I end up watching something else instead.

Watching golf and saw a commercial for the new season. Looked up the start date and episode one releases on the 6th. I thought season one was meh, but i will be watching the new season. How about you; Excited or not?

I never even finished the first season, it just didn't hold my interest. I may check in on the new episodes, but I won't go out of my way to clear my schedule to watch them.

I’m looking forward to it, I enjoyed season 1. There were a few episodes that had me at meh and while I’m not one that’s easily lured into the trashy drama gossip genres, I felt the producers towed a tight line between that and something worthwhile.

It makes sense why some folks had no genuine interest in watching.

I was surprised how regular Finau lives. Hours not massive. Travels frugal. Etc.

Finished it in two days…now we wait for S3 right?

A couple takes. Joel Dahmen needs help. In the worst way. No more tap dancing around that, he is self destructive and I hope he gets what he needs. It also made me wonder how many guys are being thrust into fame without any proper recognition of how to handle any of it? So much is asked of these guys and for some, the demand to be present for so many people and things just outside of playing golf, is a lot of pressure.

I really like them Fitzpatrick boys. Good eggs.

Tom Kim is equally talented as fun to listen to. I hope he keeps it up.

And finally. Keegan got hosed. Straight up. If didn’t matter if he was playing great golf, the Ryder Cup exposed itself (after changing the captains pick rules) for what it is. Good ol’ boys club.

Just finished Season 2 of Full Swing!

I do think that this one was better than the last one. Having a narrative aimed at the Ryder Cup helped in creating continuity amidst episodes touching topics such a the LIV merger, creation of designated events and the various roles played by Rory on and off the course.

The "standalone" episodes about Joel Dahmen/Wyndham Clark, Tom Kim and the Fitzgerald Bros were top of the line IMO.

For those of you interested in some extra bits, here’s an interesting interview with executive producer Chad Mumm about the logistics of filming the Ryder Cup calls scene! As he rightly guesses, I do now consider myself a new Keegan Bradley fan! Absolute professional on and off the course.
