Golfweasel
Let me know if anyone is looking to sell a 4x5 or 5x5 premium style golf matt. Must have at least 3/4’ cushion bottom - need to protect those elbows and wrists. (e.g. SIGPRO Softy; Carl's Place HotShot; Fiberbuilt; Country Club Elite, etc…) Please make a suggestion if there are other ‘best option’ mats out there that are ‘real feel’ and high shock absorption Finding retail prices are really high out there thx!! Best bet is to go to your local range and talk to the owner about purchasing one of their used mats. That is what I did - got a $400 mat for $60 1 Quote G410 LST 9* Tour AD DI 6X G425 LST 14.5* Tour AD DI 7X 818 H2 20* Tour AD DI 85X MP20 HMB 4 - Tour AD 95X JPX 919 Tour 5-PW OBAN CT 115X(-) Vokey SM7 52F - 58D PLD Milled Anser 2 ProV1
Golfspy_TCB
I have two mats in my "home range" The CCE gets the most use. it can be a bit jarring when I'm not swinging the best (unfortunately more often than not), but it is a quality mat that gives great feedback. The other is Rawhide mat that I purchased used. It is also a good mat, but a little less "realistic" feeling when compared to the CCE. I use it mostly for working on wedge shots. BTW, I hardly ever hit driver off my mats... it is my iron practice area. Drivers are for the open air range 1 Quote Titleist TSR3 9* (A2 setting) Driver - Otto Phlex PLB 45 "L" Srixon ZX 3W & 5W Titleist TSi2 5 Hybrid TaylorMade Stealth 5-PW Titleist Vokey SM9 50-08, 54-10 & 58-08 Scotty Cameron Special Select Newport 2.5 Maxfli Tour / Titleist AVX

I don’t think the rubber mat on this one is quite thick enough for my needs. Thx for the link post. Quote Golfweasel
Jaygord
I got a Fiberbuilt off of Costco website. Best mat out there and lifetime return at costco
202
I don’t think the rubber mat on this one is quite thick enough for my needs. Thx for the link post. It was Hobert who posted the link.In the description it says 1.25” thick, but you are right, it is overall thickness. It doesn’t say anything about the rubber part itself. Thx for the link post. Because the "grass" is as thick as it is, it does a good job of absorbing shock.
