Top of the pot spies .  No golf today, just a trip to the gym and some Boeing Classic viewing planned for the day.  Except that my wife dug out a box with all of my work related stuff, which includes technical fellowship and US Patent plaques.  She's really wanting to hang them and I'm somewhat meh.  Much as I loved my career, I've kind of closed the book on that chapter and not sure I want a hallway of fame .

Still morning so I can post. Played at one of the base courses in Virginia today. The greens were like putting on molasses cause they were so slow. Shot a 40 cause it’s only a 9 hole course now, but should have been at least a 37. Three of my putts were robbed of going in due to the grass around those holes not being cut to the same length as the rest of the green. Infuriating, but still had fun.

@Lacassem that Peaches song is very funny, but can get stuck in your head. I bet that projector will be a great way to sit back and enjoy some football.

@GolfSpy_APH I can't wait to hear the results of your fitting. I'm going to guess some T-350's are going to be in there. I might be wrong, but it's fun to play the guessing game.

We have some errands to run today and anything else is weather dependant. It's been a wet couple of days and I really need to mow, but I need the grass to dry a bit.

Thanks, Jason! The day started off with breakfast in bed. It looks like there’s some rain in the forecast, so I think it’ll be a lazy Sunday at home watching some football with the fam… which is perfectly fine my be.

Good morning MGSpies from east of the vertical line to the sun and a beautiful sunny WNY Sunday. Hoped to be home before noon but hitching up the utility trailer to start packing up the campsite, heard squeaks moving it to the ball. One wheel turned like normal the other one squeaked so immediately interrupted site breakdown for wheel bearing maintenance, pulled the wheel, bearing grease cap, split pin, castle nut, washer and outer bearings to find the trip Thursday in heavy rain had washed out the inner bearing grease.  I use axel grease for the hitch ball so packed the hub housing using my finger to push the grease in as far and as much as would go in and finished the job. Then struck camp and was the last to leave some time after the rest. It's great to be prepared and know what to do, and thank goodness I needed to drive Thursday and Friday for golf or if it had stayed hitched I would not have been able to hear the squeaky wheel when I did. Hope golf is a part of your day

Good morning everyone! It's Monday and time to get back to work after a weekend that went by way too fast.

It's a fairly nice morning here, we got a little rain yesterday evening so I'm glad I got the yard work done before it hit.

My coffee is going down smooth this morning and I'm looking forward to what the day is going to bring.

Good morning everyone, hope if was a great weekend for all. Mine was pretty busy, running errands, getting in a quick nine on Saturday afternoon, the supported my wife doing a triathlon, some more errands, and my own run. It was nice to be busy though I am feeling it a bit this morning. I hope everyone has a great Monday!

Good morning Spies on a back to work Monday for me after a busy weekend.

Most of the opther's in my department will not be in, so I am hoping for a quiet day, rahter than a hectic day covering for them.

Supposed to be rainy a couple days here early in the week, so any golf for me may be end of the week.

Good morning all! First day back to work to start the new school year. No students, just teachers and staff this week. Excited to get back in a routine and to start doing what I love. 

Unfortunately, that means no golf today, unless I can sneak out to the range this evening. Maybe I can get the wife to go out with me.

Sweating post-workout, starting work re-entry with a healthy beginning. Planning for that to stick as routine sets back in.

Excited to bring a new colleague onboard today.  Think it’s a great hire that will help our transactions practice a great deal.

I used the ointment version of CBD when I pulled my hamstring a couple of years ago. That worked a lot better then the OTC pain relivers like Aspercreme.

Good Monday Morning Spies, 

Nice warm Central Florida Morning, already 83 degrees.  This past weekend was hot, weatherwise! Heat index up over 110 Saturday & over 100 yesterday.  Ranger duties were warm this weekend, lol. I did play 5 holes late Saturday afternoon, I think it was a mistake, I'm not as young as I used to be . 

Slept in today, much needed & enjoying 2nd cup of coffee & working from home. 
No golf today.

My home course is planning on making the most of another unpleasant result of the on going drought in South Texas… A couple of the currently non-water, water hazards have been cleaned out. The greens superintendent has already informed my that the club will be sending me a bill for the proper deposal all of my golf balls that they have recovered from said hazards.

Good morning everyone. Decided to play hooky from work today to play in a golf scramble instead. Still not quite ready for students to return yet but they are coming, ready or not. 

On the CBD front, I’ve also taken the dive into their use with really good results. I mostly use it for a natural approach to mood management. But I’ve also found it to be far better the Advil or Alleve at “old man” pain relief. My knee pain caused by a torn meniscus is gone and light jogging as a caddy is doable. Not going to run a marathon anytime soon but I’m willing to pay $35 a month for the results I’m seeing.

Good morning from a rainy, wet Wisconsin Monday morning! I am honestly quite happy to get a good all day soaker today as I finished up my lawn project over the weekend and that grass seed needs rain. Grow baby, grow! Weather looks absolutely incredible the rest of the week and into the weekend, so keep your fingers crossed for me it holds out. My annual buddies trip up to the lake for golf and boating kicks off this week Thursday morning, and I am super excited. Easily one of my highlights of the year as these are my three best friends from college, and we see each other a little less every year. Family duties, just overall busy schedules, but this is our 11th year doing this and we have no plans of it ever stopping. Schedule for the weekend is as follows:

Thursday - 11:00am Tee time at Lake Arrowhead Golf Club Lakes Course

Friday - 9:50am Tee time at Lake Arrowhead Golf Club Pines Course; 6:18pm tee time at Sand Valley Sandbox Par 3 Course

Saturday - 10:10am Tee time at Tri City Golf Course (9 hole muni)

We will mix in plenty of boating as it is the annual celebration for one of the three lakes in the area and will probably make a casino run to make our usual $100 donation

Good Monday morning everyone!  I used to need Mondays as a day to recover from weekend activities; now that I'm retired, I need a day to recover from any day of the week!

Today is oil change day for both of our cars.  Not sure which one we are taking to Oregon for a funeral wedding, but both will be ready.  We have a free day this Friday, so playing golf at a nice former country club now open to the public; then taking one of our club's junior golf students out to dinner.  She's now a second year nuclear engineering student at Oregon State University; I spent a lot of time studying and running experiments on their nuclear reactor back in the 1960's.

Greetings Spies!  My wife and I took a trip down to Florida and I have been absent from the forum.  Florida was very hot, but we managed to spend some time at the beach and I played 2 rounds of golf.
