Won’t get too deep into this but we only got 9 holes in this morning.  We had a fill in as my good buddy had to stay home with his wife, chemo reactions.  
The Fill in was a nightmare, sloooww and played from Tees he had no business playing.

Morning y'all! About to head out the door and finish up the work week. Just packed the golf clubs in the car for my round this evening. 

It's a cool morning, 40 degrees but it's supposed to hit 70 this evening. I hope y'all have a good day!

Good morning, Spies!

Insomnia strikes again.  

A long day of drafting a complicated purchase agreement awaits me.  I still appreciate the challenge of these projects, but it is less fun when juggling emails, calls, etc. at the same time.  Still, I cannot imagine doing anything else.  Transactions / M&A work involves such variety it never gets boring.  And notwithstanding stereotypes plus the occasional bad apple, the people involved (clients and lawyers alike) are typically good to be around and quite often very interesting and likable. 
 

Band practice tonight will be a welcome change of rhythm.  (!)  Likely no golf for me today, but playing at least once this weekend with my favorite foursome sustains the midweek daydreams.  
 

I appreciate this forum and my fellow spies a ton. I wish you all productive, successful, frustration-free days.

GM & Happy Thursday!  No golf today, Thursdays are our errands and Doctor days and my day has a Dentist visit scheduled, yuck.  
Went out to get the paper from driveway a few minutes ago I could actually hear a sprinkler head from zone 5 shooting off in wrong direction.  Never tried to adjust a spray head in the dark at 5:15 in the morning, not fun but always up for new experiences

Morning. its 39 in Montréal (feels like 32) and guest what, not heading to the course! its a toque and mittens morning. Will go to the range later and wait for the the nice week end. (sunny and mid 60's)

Ah a good morning it is.

Finally back into my routine after a long few weeks between allergies (not too bad this year but always am just foggy taking claritin and the allergies themselves), work being all over the place schedule wise and just some really dreary weather.

Got up got my workout in, shave shower, feed the dogs, coffee and now MGS...I love a routine at least for the morning, everything else can hit as it wants but I like my mornings to be routine....I feel normalized already.

Last work day of the week for me, took tomorrow off to pack and bring the trailer to Cape Cod for a camping trip this weekend, first excursion in the new camper.

Good morning from a still wet WNY on this Thursday, but the 14 day forecast keeps getting better for the middle to later days when PGA Championship days are emerging on that end of outlook for conditions that should be most agreeable (I hope)  another zero commute morning with hot coffee  helping to boost the effort of learning a new direction for my finance office duties made easier with the promise of MGS Forum Community Call this afternoon and my men's group Zoom meeting this evening, clubface finding a ball will have to wait for Friday's tee time   Hope golf is in your things to do today!

Good morning MGS’ers! Range session yesterday after work had some positives and negatives, but I am focusing on the positive as I found a drill that I think will lead me toward not coming over the top so bad on my swing. Going to be a beautiful Wisconsin day today, and while I’d love to sneak out of work early to golf, it is my wife’s day off and we have new patio furniture to put together. Going to try to get a good chunk of that done this evening as rain is in the forecast on and off all weekend/beginning of next week. 

Looking forward to today’s community call!

This dreary weather in central MA has to stop. I need sun to thrive. No amount of coffee and happy thoughts can replace the sun!!! Have been rained out twice this week, with this morning the worst, being up at 4:30 for a 5:45 tee time. I guess there is always tomorrow. I need to put my clubs to the OnCore Elixr!!!!!!!!

Well I would say this morning has been a morning. Ended up oversleeping and so did the kids, never a good combination. No one up until about 7:05 and everyone out the door by 8 so it was a whirlwind. But here we are, just getting into work so hopefully the rest of the day is a bit calmer. Hope everyone else has a much better start to their day.

Good Morning Spies,

"May the 4th be with you!" I will be sporting my Millenium Falcon t-shirt today. Just finishing my second cup of coffee and once again enjoying a couple of oatmeal raison cookies. As @EasyPutter commented earlier it continues to be wet and bleh here in Central NY. I do blame him really as he continues to send that stuff my way. 

I seem to be giving the CHA thread a bit of action lately. I ordered an Edison 55-degree wedge and a PXG 0311 XF Gen 5 3 wood. My bag will be set for a bit I must say. I am always drawn to putters (The allure of new and shiny I suppose.) but I am really locked in with my Evnroll ER7 and have no compelling reason to change.

This 40s/50s and rain has got to come to an end. The good part is everything is turning nice and emerald green and the courses should be in fantastic shape when the sun comes out.

Happy to see all of these testing opportunities! 
The hits keep on comin' and the forum keeps on rockin' - well done on the back end gents.

It's going to be a beautiful day to be out there and a fun time with a group of friends. We all like to talk smack, so it should be highly entertaining.

I say that as I am one tired person this morning. was able to get 18 in last night, just barely though. I was planing on walking, and I can tell you right this second I extremely happy I didn't. Still not feeling right after the shot to the nards the other day. Wish I could blame my poor play on the course on that, but I can't. Tight back and this over the top move that I'm fighting is winning. It's in my head space now, going to take some range time and hopefully play a few 9's to see if I can get muscle memory where it needs to be. 

Coffee is in the cup and about to head out the door for what is seemingly a slow day at work.

GM Y'all- Happy Star Wars Day(May the Fourth Be with you). I suffered separation anxiety yesterday watching my wedges go away- but I got over it- there's temporarily a BIG hole in my bag that should be getting filed soon. Gives me a chance to try new shots w GW and the 64* to make up for their absence. Supposed to have T-storms this afternoon - so they MIGHT be heading into Iowa sometime after that(don't mean to rain on your parade- I couldn't resist). Hope everyone has a great day lots of F&Gs  right down the middle- Another day in paradise is officially underway OH YEAH- I have an appt today w HR(excuse me-HCS(Human Capital Services)) to figure out my different RETIREMENT options and figure out how much longer I get to play this game before I can become a FT Golfer.
