Good morning on this frosty Thursday ❄ winter storm underway and freezing rain since dusk yesterday has taken out electrical power across the region at 2:30am as announced by my CPAP going off.  Tea was easier to make with a pot of water on the gas stove, coffee will be easier to make once the daylight arrives with a French Press.  Not going anywhere this morning with ice coating everything outside, not even to the basement telework office with no power to work.  Hope everyone is having an excellent day though maybe with less adventure 

UPDATE:  Power on just after 8:10am so yay back to telework in the dungeon basement.  Not all bad though, coffee is brewed and hot

Round 2 of the season about to kick off. 

Things to note: May be the last round for the TSi3. It was so bad last right (swing and performance) another similar and it will go to the back of the line. 

Watched a short clip of Rahm and the power he generates. It's incredible. Hoping to capture one swing thought for the round. Shorter back swing as I can get over extended. 

40 range Balls hit. Swing feels about 65% so let's see what happens!

Late start to the day….didn’t get up and Adam until 745. Kids watched some tv and played some video games while mom made waffles.

Dishwasher is down (control board) until it’s repaired tomorrow so did all the dishes from last night and now finally getting to my coffee at 820. It’s an upside down morning for this guy.

Lazy morning today! Dusting of snow/sleet last night and light snow this morning. Having a coffee and book time, then working on noise reduction insulation foam boards in the basement rafters.

Sure was!  Your  Wife going to like Mystic Village shopping.  There’s a couple of really good restaurants in the area.

Sooke was hit with a dusting of snow last night, not much maybe an inch however below freezing temperatures the next 3-4 days will keep the snow hanging around, hopefully back on the course by this time next week

It's 9am now and it's still 17º and wind is still blowing.  Heard a noise outside.  Across the street our neighbors are having their trees trimmed and I think removed since last fall they planted large evergreens under these big trees.  With the winds we've had lately, I would want those trees gone too!!

Was a chilly one! We walked a bit but didn’t stick around. We will Definitly head back come summer at some point, beautful area….and I’ll head to the casino

I had to google the term lol. Been to the casinos a ton but never the aquarium. I always expect a zoo like experience at the aquariums but it never is. Was a good trip though.

Aquarium great for the kids, Casino the parent’s.  Mystic Seaport really nice also but not this time of year.  You’ll freeze.
