Popular Post Jnoble89
Good morning all. Beautiful sunny Sunday morning in my neck of the woods. I’ve got a bit of a heavy heart today as I learned last night that my high school athletic trainer passed from a long battle with cancer. She was a very influential factor in my life and a large reason I chose the career path I took. She will be missed by many, but is now in a better place. Hope everyone has a great day today. tony@CIC
Morning everyone! It's a day off from golf for me - need to clean the house. Will probably watch a bit of the Dell Match Play along with the Ladies Drive On event. Maybe even convince myself to hit the gym. EasyPutter
Good morning from a bright sunny but chilly WNY on this Sunday only just getting the coffee on, had a late wakeup (so refreshing to wake without alarm and realize I'll be 2 hours into work same time tomorrow) and one of the corgis is less responsive than usual, not wanting to climb stairs, go outside or eat regular food. They're 13 this year so keeping an eye on her. So first job delaying coffee was a run to the grocer for soft foods that have worked magic on her for past episodes of ill health. Hope golf is a part of your day richk9holes, Lacassem, sirchunksalot and 5 others 8 Quote Derek Verified Hack, ~25 handicap Golf for exercise and peace of mind. |> Big Dogs: First StrikeTM Rattlesnake (10.5), Tommy Armour TA1 3h (19), Ginty Trouble Club (29) |> Blades: First StrikeTM DeliveranceTM 3(20) 4(23) 5(26) 6(29) 7(33) 8(37) 9(41) P(45) |> Wedges: Worx (55) Lovett (59) |> Flatstick: L.A.B. Came home to some breakfast casserole and whipped up some bacon (enough for seconds @Jnoble89) and a second cup of coffee. Popular Post Tom the Golf Nut
I just missed the good morning but for a good reason. Woke up at 7am and realized if I get out quickly I could get 18 in before the rain came. I did manage to get 16 holes in before it started. Then I heard some rumblings and headed to the car. My play is improving now that the jackets are off for the year. I even had my first chip in birdie for the season on the 10th hole. Now relaxing watching the golf on TV. cksurfdude, JFish350, GolfSpy_APH and 8 others 11 Quote Driver, TSi1 10* Stiff Flex 3 Wood, TSi1 15* Stiff Flex 5 Wood, SLDR 19* R Flex 7 Wood, F6 22.5* R Flex 939x 5 hybrid Irons, 699 Pro's S Flex (6 - AW) JB Wedge 55* Wedge, CBX 60* Putter, Marksman Fang 35"
CbusGolf
Starting to warm up here in Cbus. Gonna walk the dogs and later on make some pasta with hot Italian sausage and parm/ reggiano / garlic for dinner. Three my back out fixing fence posts a couple weeks ago so no swinging of the cubs lately- till yesterday. Went to the club and chipped some and hit some short wedges. Felt good to be out there, but the 25-40 mph winds made things interesting! sirchunksalot, cksurfdude, richk9holes and 4 others

Had to remove several interior panels and a exterior trim piece, but use a jack to hold the sliding door in place while I replaced the line, but it actually went fairly painlessly and is now working like new. Just in time for baseball season! Saved myself about $1200 too. The parts only me $10 On top of that, the sun was warm and I got to play some catch with the boys and got a Stack session in.
