Started taking my Claritin yesterday....see how much it can knock symptoms down. First two months will have a handkerchief playing my rounds that's for sure.

Been taking it for a couple of weeks.   I may need to start eating spoonfuls of local honey; heard that is an effective way to help with reactions.

@cnosil I was reading mushroom extracts helped and I actually started taking that for other purposes a few months ago....I am hoping it helps with the allergies as well. Time will tell here soon

Well, they didn't think of everything!  This morning the coffee was weaker than normal.  My wife got back from a golf outing in Yakima last night after visiting relatives.  She makes the coffee so maybe she didn't count the number of scoops of beans correctly.  Guess I will have a third cup.

GM everyone!  No golf today; since the courses are all plugging, I'm having my lawn plugged sometime today.  I have to sit around and wait for the crew to show up... wife went to play with her ladies group (course open up today).

I am lucky enough to not have the spring/summer seasonal allergies, but once the fall hits here it is brutal for me. I have to use Zyrtec, Flonase AND eye drops just to keep them at bay, and if I miss a day it’s at least three following days of wanting to gouge my eyes out with a spoon.

Saw that an immediately looked up the list to see if mine were on there. Thankfully at this time they aren’t!

What do you use? I love the Rohto cool relief (doesnt look to be on that list), it has a serious cooling sensation is all ill say but I love it

Back when I was in high school, I developed allergies to pollen, ragweed, and grass. It was so bad the school nurse would call my mom telling her she thought I was on drugs and to come take me home (I wasn't just to be clear). I actually had to carry around a doctor's note after that. My eyes were so red I looked possessed. Then 20 years to the month later it all just went away. I get a little bit of the sniffles on the golf course but that's it.  I hope it all goes away for you guys eventually.

Mine was the exact opposite. For the majority of my life I had never had problems with allergies. Then all of a sudden one fall, we were at my in-laws cabin and my eyes were just unbearably itchy. I think it was probably 5 or so years ago? It was right around when our first son was born. Anyways, I thought that I just had something stuck in my eye, never thought about allergies since I had never had problems in the past. I'm afraid I'll be stuck with them for forever, but who knows. All I know is it's a major PITA because my two favorite hobbies (golf and archery) are outdoor sports and whitetail archery season starts in September. Fall golf is also one of my favorite times of the year. I just pop my pills, snort my nasal inhaler and use my eye drops to survive!

I've been to a bunch of different countries and NEVER had allergies til I moved to Kansas. I think I finally got acclimated to all the garbage in the air and it doesn't seem to bother me anymore (knock on wood). The first 5 years or so were awful though
