RoverRick
I used the full version of the golf logix today (first time is free) I liked it and will gladly do that. But usually use a sky caddie. I also looked at the Pro Mental Coach and took the test. It said I had no mental capacity. Not really, I think I would do either one of these. While I do not have a lot of mental issues on the course, I certainly am easily distracted. When I play with a big group I play worse. When I am in the tournament type setting I play great, usually very close to par, but when something slows me down, like a player who is very slow, or looking for someone's ball or waiting, I start to play worse. So I will do either one of these. Phana24JG
Matt, will the Pro Mental Coach work with high doses of Thorazine and Klonopin? I have a Callaway UPro so I would be willing to try the Golf Logix versus the Upro or the Mental Coach versus Xanax.

GolfSpy WD
LOL, I also use Xanax as my mental preparation. I tested out the Golf Logix App and it just annihilated my battery. This. If Golf Logix would come out with a scorecard only version, I'd be happy. With the GPS on, my battery didn't last 9 holes. For Pro Mental coach, I have a question. It says 20 minutes three times a week. Is playing actual golf once a week enough to get the benefits of their training? @GolfSpy_WD
SeeRed
Have used the Golf Logix app in the past and had the same battery life issue already mentioned. Haven't tried the new update yet, which is supposed to extend battery life and last a full round plus. GolfSpy WD
After today's round, I'd like to volunteer the Pro Mental Coach. Once I start hitting a few bad shots, noises seem to bother me more and it all spirals downwards from there. I'll happily do a full season review like I'm doing with the Bridgestone balls and Black Ops shaft. Today I hit a few bad shots and couldn't get out of the funk. It didn't help that I was surrounded by the lawn mowers, my phone died, two of the holes were directly into the sun making it impossible to see the flag or your ball when you hit it. This is all stuff I need to get better at ignoring. @GolfSpy_WD

Addicted2Golf
I'd love to test Golf Logix app if it's available for Android. I currently use Free Caddy Pro, which I would not characterize as a full featured gps app. And before that, I used a SkyCaddy SG 2.5. So it would be interesting to test Golf Logix and compare it to my experiences with those two products. BTW, my phone is a Motorola RAZR Maxx. So battery life will not be an issue one way or another.
