Putting, to me, is the most personal part of the game. The different head shapes and grips can either give us confidence or destroy it. 

I can understand with you that you like a skinny grip and that's hard to change because it's so personal. I'm the same way, I found something I have confidence in and not having it yet is making me a little crazy. I'm hoping to get to DSG this week since they have my Traxion 2.0 there and get it replaced.

I'm usually very much not into "bling" but it actually looks pretty good in hand.  I will hit it of course when I can, I have heard great things about the LS Model but also knowing my limitations, it may be on the trading block very soon.   If nothing else It'll be another entry into my much delayed Driver Shootout

... Ya never know until you try right? No bueno for me as I was producing around 1400 rpms with the LS. Phil Niekro was looking down during my fitting and probably said "Very nice".

@Golfspy_CG2, that driver looks even better in photos than in the marketing campaign. I would almost keep it as something to showcase if it didn't work out.

... Of all the equipment, your grip is the only thing you actually touch so when you find something that feels right and performs well, it is very difficult to change. I have never had an issue with my wrists breaking down or flipping with my trail hand and still use the same kind of grip when I starting playing but the thicker grips are a godsend for those that do have a wrist breakdown. And of course some just prefer a thicker feeling grip. Happy to hear DSG has your grip in stock because when you lose (just to me, not the rest of the CC gang) you won't have your putting grip as an excuse.

Okay, I’ve got to ask… what happened to your handicap? Is that 11.2 a typo or is there a story behind this sorcery?

We appreciate it! It's good to keep the suspense building for the competition and most importantly, for how the Cobra's perform for us. 

I'm looking forward to kicking the competition off and seeing what all the mods have in store for us to highlight the different clubs in the bag.

Played all five of the courses many many times. Even the Black course when it was only $22.00 to play it. The Red was always my favorite.

... Oh gosh, I am glad you caught that. I wouldn't want a 1.2 to and compete as an 11.2 in the CC if nobody was paying close attention. Interestingly it was there for 3 weeks before someone caught the error of simply adding a 1 by mistake. That said ... using the 3 week rule I will not be able to change it back to a 1.2 til June 27th.

... As I explained it was an honest mistake and I will change out back June 27th per the 3 week rule. @DavidP043 our rules expert can explain it to you.

Just busting............ But truthfully, I did not know about a three week rule. I'll have to look it up. I just always put what is on the GHIN. You learn something new every day. Well I have to find it first!

I don’t see anything about a 3 week rule; handicap is adjusted daily.  And there is a max increase that you can have; for those periods where you lose form,  so you wouldn’t be able to go from a 1.2 to a 11.2

... Very informative, thanks. I could have sworn I saw something about an index changing 3 week rule somewhere, at sometime pertaining to something, by someone on the internet so it must be true. I mean this is a pretty serious thread and it's not like I was trying to pull a fast one or bamboozle, hoodwink, dupe, trick, fool or intentionally scam any of my evidently very gullible opponents.

Of course it’s true.  I follow the rule of if it’s beneficial to me then it should be the rule.   
 

were you acting in that last post or was that really true.  Maybe you were doing some kind of method acting to understand how a 11.2 handicappe feels.

BUT if you lose you have to pay me back double and wear a Chisag Kicked my Southern Azz tee shirt for the rest of the competition. The average temperature in Phoenix in June for a typical day is 106°F but can get to 115* and higher so bring several water bottles.

Sorry for being nice for once.....................Don't do it @CFreddie I got burnt to a crisp when I went there in the summer two years ago. Took me a month to get back to yellow.
