Regardless of how it all pans out, haven’t we all been fortunate already. We were selected by the staff, Cobra took care of us, and we will have a blast with the challenges. I just feel so blessed to be part of all this. 

I actually never applied for a Cobra Challenge before this one.

I’m from New York City. I was raised in a VERY very Italian neighborhood. We were taught to think out of the box. Also taught how to put you in a box or at least how to fit you for cement shoes.

... Well stated Tom! Although just CFreddie picked 6th gets any good luck wishes from me. I'm not wishing any of the first 4 picked any luck. I don't think I have ever been picked 5th in my entire life.

... I am just gonna add, I scored 87 points in a Charity Basketball game between radio stations/newspaper columnists and TV newscasters in Columbus Ga broadcast on the local TV station. We won the game 88 to 69 and I am still shocked Cindy the traffic reporter at our radio station made a free throw! 

... Hard to believe I know, but I was a little cocky back then when my radio name was John Brock and I had a feud with the columnist, and we were good friends in person but I trash talked him to death on the radio ... while he got to write about it and it is a fun read:

LMAO 87/88 points is golden. When I worked for a local YMCA right out of college, there was a charity basketball game that I played in on a team of YMCA Staff/Board Members vs. Community donors, sponsors, etc. I was fresh out of college and out for blood. People could come and donate money to “buy” points for teams as the game went along. I made 12 or 13 3s and had a couple dunks and we won the legitimate game by a good 30 points, then with 15 seconds left someone went and bought 50 points for the opposing team. It was a fundraiser but I was annoyed we lost lol

Anyway, I'm not sure what I was saying there, other than this thing is on like Donkey Kong, and I'm pretty sure Sam was in that, as well, (where he played "Jungle Guest #3" - this is impressive, however, when you realize that Jungle Guests #1 and #2 were played by Tommy Lee Jones and Daniel Day Lewis).  

"We" are going to carve you up, and leave your carcasses to rot in the sun with nothing but your iron covers and shoe laces left to identify you.
