I have an SL1 hybrid range finder, it has gps, laser and green slopes. I had a issue with the display blinking the company logo when the gps function was not active. I contacted VC, because this caused the battery to run down. It took a week of constantly recharging, when I tried holding the on off button down for nearly a minute (was supposed to turn off in 10 seconds)(this in general solved the problem, but I wanted it fixed) finally a couple more weeks and I get an email from support, telling me to reset the unit and how to do it. Well I reset it alright, right into laser mode only, the display no longer works. I have sent several emails, contacted BBB and even on facebook and nothing to help me. There are several others who have posted their lack of support. I would not recommend buying any of their products. On the other hand Shot Scope has been wonderful in their support, I would recommend their products highly.
