My irons 5 - pw have lead tape to get them to the same D1 swingweight.  I put it behind the sweetspot rather than favor the toe or heel.  The JPX 900's have a nice spot to wrap the tape over.  My hybrids have lead tape on the toe side to favor a fade.  My Driver, current putter and current wedges have no lead tape.  I have lead taped an anser putter that I cut down to 33" and use occasionally.

I don't do it for feel, rather for performance. The driver was taped up on the heel to give it more draw based forgiveness, for instance.

I did for my Sub70 5 iron but that's been it. Haven't felt the need to do it on any other club.

Heel taped on my 4 iron for swing weight and draw bias. And usually the driver slightly towards the heel but more on the center for the same draw bias. Driver is more for feel than bias.

Occasional putter taping depending on the course I play.

I have a 2in piece on each of my vokey wedges. I prefer a heavier wedge and matched them more closely to my Clevelands.

big believer here

I have been using lead tape for 30+ years.  I currently have it strategically-placed on a variety of golf clubs (MANY wedges, irons and as few drivers and fairway woods).  I also use lead tape on the underside of sole weights to add a few extra grams of weight in specific locations, and to get the swing weight to where I need it to be, as I play my drivers about 3/4" to 1" shorter than OEM stock lengths, and my fairways at -1/2".

DR - Callaway Paradym X, Newton Motion 4-Dot

4W - T.E. Exotics C722, Diamana D+ 82-S

HYB - Paradym X 18*, HZRDUS Smoke Red 80S; Sub 70 949X 21*, same shaft

7W (if played) - Callaway Epic Flash, ACCRA Tour X 80S

Irons - Cobra Forged Tec X (5-GW), KBS TGI 75-R

Wedges - Edison 2.0, 53* and 57* (bent to 58*), KBS TGI 100

Putter - Makefield VS custom, 34", 67* lie, 1.75* loft

Ball - Maxfli Tour-X CG (2023) or Vice Pro Plus (OnCore ELIXR or Maxfli Tour S in winter)

Bags - Vessel

Cart - MotoCaddy M7 Remote (without the remote)

Spoiler

driver / off the tee is no longer a weakness for me!

Neshaminy HS?  My son went there in the late 1980s, and I have been a supporter of the Neshaminy HS golf program for many years.

We live right next to the course (now called Middletown C.C.), and although I used to play there a lot, I hadn't played there for years prior to the COVID-19 pandemic.  It's gotten in MUCH better shape the last year or two (new Head Groundskeeper, and an increased maintenance budget), and I play there occasionally, but Makefield Highlands is considered my "home course", and I played for both their GAP (Golf Assoc. of Philadelphia) team, plus their "Challenge Cup" team until last year.  However, I play much more golf in NJ (mostly for the Mountain View travel team, and on the John Caliendo Winter Golf Tour).

Do you have family in Bucks County?

How easy is it to remove the lead tape and does is leave any residue? I've been curious at tinkering with my clubs with lead tape but am a little hesitant.

Easily scrapes off using flat head screwdriver then a little rubbing alcohol to rid adhesive residue

lead is typically easy to remove with various tools.  To prevent scratching the heads excessively, Id heat then with a heat gun, SLIGHTLY, then peel it off. use rubbing alcohol or acetone to remove residue

Driver - 44.5" 5.0 flex 10.5 deg Graphite Design XC 6S GP MCC4+ 1 deg closed

Irons - 5-pw, GW stnd length 5.0 flex same grip 1 deg flat. Type low medium offset cavity back, no diggers

Wedges - 56 and 60 tour grind wedge spinner and mcc4+ grip 2 flat 10 and 8 in bounce

Putter - Makefield VS LH

Ball - truvis

Carried in a Sun Mountain C-130 USA bag - BE PROUD.

HC - LH but 85 is a good number, playing in Ohio.
