Here the Basil was pricier than the four roses small batch, which I already have. I have a nice collection in my house the lady at the store liked the Basil but I thought it was just ok. Too soft for me at only 40 I'm going to look more toward the cask strength stuff I like the bite and it brings out more intense flavors. I've found that I like bourbons that are aged in wine barrels. The bourbon I like the best so far is 1792 Port Finish. Unfortunately, after I tried it for the first time, our store quit carrying it and said they can't get it anymore. Which is why I've been trying others. The 1792 Small Batch is worth trying. tommc23 1 Quote “We don’t stop playing the game because we get old; we get old because we stop playing the game.”
