Guest-0
Greetings golf people's, Has anyone tried a flatstick from Meridian Custom Putters??? I happened upon their ad online and am blown away by the customization options available in a putter under 350 dollars!! Different milling, weight options, grip options and custom stamping all for less than alot of OTR putters these days. Certainly tempted as I have severe putter hoarding issues...well....watches, guns and putters but that's an all together different issue. Anyone have any feedback they could share it would be greatly appreciated. GolfSpy_APH
I have actually seen a few ppl here use them. They really like them and from what I can tell they work well enough. There are so many putter companies out there it is often used to keep track of them all. Nice find! Most reviews are favorable. If I were looking for a new putter, I'd consider one. CB Lobo 4 Life
I had been searching for a long time for a traditional blade putter that I liked and this one is perfect! I love my Meridian putter, and the ability to customize as much as they have for under $400 is pretty incredible. Also, the "Meridian" cut is incredibly soft and I love the roll! Literally blown away you can add stamping, premium grip and get the milling you want and a headcover for 365 bucks???? I have been toying with mallets a bit and due to the fact that I live in Key West in the winter I had to order the "Key West" and anyone who has ever been here knows exactly what this headcover is!!! Can't wait for it to arrive I see standing in my backyard on the #3 green getting destroyed by No See Ums rolling the thing. Just hoping the milling is not too deep I cannot stand really soft feel in a putter I hit the tybee today; didn't pay attention to the milling pattern but it wasn't a deep mill. The putter (not meridian) I hit prior to it had a very clicky metallic sound so it is hard to give a good answer on sound. So that milling is fairly deep I take it??? Thus the soft feel? That thing is beautiful and under 400 with Super Stroke and the ability to put 6 letter stamp on them and paint fill options is so cool. How long did you wait for it??? Thanks Yeah so the way they described it is because they removed so much in the Meridian Milling it gives that soft feeling so, yes haha. I think when I ordered mine a few weeks ago they were celebrating getting on the Golf Digest Hotlist so they were running a sale I go the putter with the Super Stroke grip for under $300. Super awesome company and easy to work with. cnosil
Tried all the models today. The thin topline creates a little more of a firm feel that could be offset by the meridian cut face which was a bit softer than the fly cut. The one thing that I thought was disappointing was how "thin" the sightlines were. The were milled by not very deep or wide. That's easily fixed with a paint pen but more and more guys are going away from them and thus the reason the are not big. I like them and have taken a paint pen down them before to widen the flange line Quote WITB Driver is PING G430 MAX 10K 9° W/VENTUS BLACK 44.5" TOUR VELVET GRIP 3 WOOD TAYLORMADE M2 15° W/ADDI BB TOUR VELVET GRIP IRONS PING G410 4 AND 5 IRON W/X100 IRONS 6-9 PING I200 W/X100 WEDGES TITLEIST VOKEY SM8 48° CHROME VOKEY 52° 56° AND 60 ALL IN CHROME FINISH WITH DYNAMIC GOLD AND MCC+4 GRIPS SCOTTY CAMERON TOUR RAT GSS 350G MATADOR GRIP SUN MOUNTAIN C-130 CART BAG NIKON LASER TITLEIST PRO V 1 Link to comment

I like them and have taken a paint pen down them before to widen the flange line You could probably do a paint pen, but it is significantly thinner and shallower than anything I have seen in the past. I wouldn't do a paint pen because IMO it would just overflow onto the flange and make a mess.
