RookieBlue7
I've been hitting the RBZ Tour pitifully. I also wasn't pleased with the Cleveland Classic Tour either. So what do I do? I trade for another driver of course, cause we know it's the arrow not the indian. I think I have the RBZ Tour sold to a boss at work. And I traded the Cleveland Classic Tour for an Adams Fast12 LS with Tour Issued ProjectX 6A3 in 7.0 flex. Well, if the first 15 balls I hit are any indication, I believe I'll end up liking this driver. I hit a 3-5 yard cut with every ball I hit, but I was able to control it is the thing that has me most excited. Just check this out: Those are about as flush of a dispersion across the face as I could hope to ask for. JMiller
I love my Adams Fast 12 LS Tour head... My true sweet spot on the face is on the second to longest groove line on the face, just a hair above the center line of the face... It really does till go when you completely miss hit it which is a huge shocker to me, I have hit a few way off the toe on the grooves and still got it out there about 270... I have found it to sound and feel really good on pure strikes and still very good on mishits. The head is low spin as advertised from what I have seen... I will be interested to read how the Black Ops does in it, I got my new shafts from Tim / USPG the other day so be trying the review again soon. The driver is also very workable and control over it is pretty nice, I normally just play a very hard power fade, but can hit the draw just fine when I need it. Here's what the driver looks like currently (still waiting on the Black Ops from Tim. I know he had some recent health issues, so there's no rush. Especially when I'm flushing it like this currently.): And the Cult Classic I recently assembled (killed it out back the couple of times I hit it): Refinished that one in a matte black polymer(need to wash the residue from sanding off) (was beat, but I got it for a song). Put the Whiteboard 83 in it that I got recently in another club that I bought just to pull that shaft for reuse in this club. And Rev, I resemble that remark. I take a while to find a driver usually, but once I do, I generally stick with it for a season. I think this is the last driver on the market I haven't tried. LOL. If this doesn't work, I'm selling it and going and buying a brand new R11, just like the one I had, and trying to recreate the same one I had last year. I absolutely crushed it, hit it on a rope, and hit it better than any driver I've had in a few years. So I naturally sell it.
