I read about it this morning and it's a BIG stretch in my opinion. Because it "swoops" doesn't cut it and the attorneys are the only ones to win. I don't think they look the same at all.

There is clearly a distinction of a 4 and the added leg of the A.  IIRC they tried this with several other major brands too, including the Atlanta Braves. All arbitration and settlements were handled quietly, except for the media attention part.  Probably doesn't mention that several PGA associated people are also UA graduates.
