High Launching iron shafts

I currently have Mizuno Pro 225 irons and I am looking for the best feeling iron shafts available in stiff,

looking for recommendations?

You can pick any of the shafts out there and it will be the best feeling shaft for someone.

Also theres no standard for flex so to say what in is stiff nobody can say. A shaft labeled stiff by one brand can be regular in another. Example would be the modus 120s. They play softer than kbs tour and dynamic gold stiff shafts. Same flex level different shaft profile.

To figure out which one works best for you will only be determined by you testing them or going to get fit.

To the title shafts don’t launch or spin.

Fair enough let’s say I’m looking for stiffer than UST recoil regular flex shafts, but want the high launch.  Yet buttery feel of a shaft.

swing speeds is hard for me to say as I can dial it up or down so to be fare here are my distances:

7 iron 165
8 iron 155

9 iron 140

PW 125

GW 115

Best thing you can do is go test and try as they may perform differently for each person. That said your yardages are close to mine so project x io is fantastic, kbs tour lite isn't my favorite but still great. Nippon Modus 105 is truly amazing, then Accra, Mitsubishi mmt and steel fibre are also great options.

The shaft isn’t going to cause more launch.

To get more launch you have to either gain more speed or increase loft. So you can bend your irons weaker but that also adds bounce.

There’s no way to say what shaft will do that for you. The shaft has an effect on dynamic loft but how that is affected varies by golfer.

The shaft would have to change your swing and in order to change the dynamic loft.

Feel is subjective. I know guys with higher swing speeds who love the feel of a px 6.0 or 6.5 shaft and guys with fast speeds who hate that shaft.

You need to test shafts yourself to figure out what gets you what you want. 

potential options would be, but all of these are just guesses. None of us can say what would achieve your goal or which of these shafts or any shafts would have the fee you are looking for.

Long story short - get a fitting to determine what your best solution is.

Admittedly, there are plenty of shafts out there that fit the 'high launch' bill (primariy because they have an active tip secton)  but this isn't necessarily the optimal shaft depending on a lot of other factors.

Your coin, but you can save a lot of money by getting the right fit to your iron choice by checking before purchase. Just saying....
