Lagato Golf Balls

I happened to find one and have played 2 rounds with it. For me it's at least 10+ yds longer than every other ball I've played/tried and at a low swing speed it's a big plus. Looked for info on utube and everyone had good reviews. So has anyone here tried these balls?........

Look for Let's Play Thru on YT. He plays them and has several reviews of them.

I haven't tried them, but the results could be more attributed to the ball's compression rating being more in line with your swing speed. If you have a slower swing speed and gained some distance, I'd guess they are somewhere in the neighborhood of 80-90.

I subscribe to "Let's Play Thru" on YT as noted above he loves them.  I would like to see them go through the ball lab here before I drop $.

For the same price or cheaper, I can play the proven Maxfli Tours. No reason for me to even look at these, IMHO.

I have recently played a few rounds with the Maxfli Tour X balls and have only tried the Legato balls on a few holes. The Legato balls definitely feel softer than the Maxfli and surprisingly feels like it spins less with the driver. Distance wise off the tee they seem relatively close. I will have to spend more time with Legato balls to see how they fare during a full round but if you like the softer feel they are definitely softer than the Maxfli Tour X balls.

That softness is likely due the vast difference in compression. Legato is 85 and the Tour X is 101. That's a BIG difference, especially around feel/softness. Plus the X version is designed to spin a bit more especially on the irons and wedges.
