Suggestions on cheap golf trip Midwest

I am looking to get a golf trip planned for next year with one of my golf buddies, we are looking for somewhere around Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, or Kentucky. Looking for suggestions, probably stay two nights. Where have you all played and stayed? Trying to keep it under $600 a person.
