If those guys are hacks, I wish I could be a hack. The guy who does golfsnothard.com was a pro golfer before a back injury killed his career. Now he is in law school and rebuilding his swing.

I was being sarcastic Jamo.

IF your looking a website based golf instruction. I like what this guy has to say. Nice and simple. No system. Back to the simple golf swing.

Thanks for the link. I like this too, just simple advice. Not really looking for a lot of advice right now, but I could see checking this out because it's just good, common sense stuff to think about/work on.

John, I think I know of which one you speak...

Like Matt, I'm not looking for any online instruction now either. Ditto for magazines. I've unsubscribed to Golf Digest. I'm keeping my Golf magazine subscription because I like how they did the Equipment issues. I'm taking lessons with GolfTEC and that's the only instruction I want in my head right now.

So you must have felt really good about the free lesson you got? Do they have some kind of multi-lesson package that you're signed up for, or are you just going from time to time when you feel like you need it?

I asked for and received a gift certificate from my Dad and Step Mom. They gifted a package that consists of an initial evaluation and three follow up lessons. Not sure how much it costs.

Very nice. How long is the initial evaluation versus the actual lessons?

Why not? Maybe in a PM?

As Moe said, MGS is trying to stay positive. There's no need to bash other forums here, we should just enjoy what we've got. I apologize for asking the question publicly, if I needed to know, I could have PM'd John.
