Anyone else having issues with short putts with the LAB DF3

I just got the LAB DF3. I used if for the first time today. I noticed that I was struggling with short putts more than anything. It seems like I'm having a set up issue with the putter. My normal gamer putter is the Taylormade Spider X and for the most part I'm pretty good putter. I had no issue with distance control with the DF3. My only issue came on the 6-footer and in when I seem to be missing the putts on the right side. I know you are supposed to play the ball forward with the DF3, but I couldn't get use to the sight of that so I keep it in the same spot as I normally would. Has anyone else had this issue. Everything I've seen and read say the short putts are basically easy.

Def check out the testing thread on the DF3.  As for lab in general, for me, I make sure my head is more over the putter and down my line. It seemed to help me with making sure I was aimed where I wanted and not where I thought I was aiming.
