G'day everyone

I'm excited to share that I'm testing out the ONE club trainer! As someone with a physio and biomechanics background, I’ll be looking at it not only from a performance standpoint but also from an injury prevention and physical health angle.

If you have any specific questions or aspects you'd like me to explore—whether it’s how this product impacts your swing mechanics, posture, or even muscle strain—feel free to drop them in the comments! I’ll be sure to address everything with a golf physio perspective in mind.

Stay tuned for updates, and let’s see how this product stacks up!

Cheers,
Kalin

@GolfingPhysio did you also look at other speed or strength trainers? And what led you to this particular one? Thx

Very curious to read your reactions and experience with it.

hey mate, it's basically a training aid that is designed to be able to use for speed training or tempo training with adjustable weights and resistance

@cksurfdude hey mate, being in a performance-based environment I could try different ones. i have used superspeed before and orange whip, these are my typical go to also cant complain about a towel with a knot in the end. looking into the one clb trainer, it seems it offers all possible training options. be good to see if the testimonials live up to it.

G'day!

I’m just a few weeks into trying out the One Club Trainer, and I wanted to share some early thoughts on the experience. The goal with this device is to improve my swing tempo and rhythm—and so far, it’s definitely been making a difference. in comparison to the lag shot where i dont get the direct ball flight feed back i feel this is prettty good with the audible feed back and weight wise i can adjust to feel similar to the weight of my clubs between driver and irons.

Setting it up took a little bit of figuring out, but once I got the hang of it, things started to flow smoothly. The feedback from the device has been especially helpful in finding a consistent rhythm before moving on to my regular golf club. Incorporating it into my pre-round warm-up has been effective in getting me into the right swing mindset and adding more consistency to my tempo right from the start.

While I’m still exploring its full potential, my initial experience has been positive. I’m looking forward to seeing how it continues to impact my swing in the days to come. If you have any questions about this device or want me to test specific features from a golf physio angle, let me know in the comments!

I will be making efforts to focus on the swing speed improvements over the course of the next couple of months

Cheers,
Kalin

What issues did you have with set-up?

Thanks for taking the time to review the 1 club

I too am curious about it's ease of use and benefits.

I started using the OW and lighstspeed last month, and it has definitely helped improve my tempo and swing feel from backswing to follow through.

Just an old newbie golfer, trying to learn and improve 1 club at a time.

instructions weren't entirely clear as to how to have the weights/resistance bands for tempo vs swing speed training. had to read the manual through a couple of times to figure it out.

I am guessing there weren't any videos either?
