Better Bargain Troon Access card or Arcis players pass?

I'm a father of 3, (13 - 9 - 1 1/2) and live in Arizona. I currently own the Phoenix City card for all the city muni's. And with overseeding here and a lot of the courses going back to inflated winter rates i won't be able to play as much or have to play cheaper courses to save money during holidays etc. I have been curious about either troon access or arcis players pass as i have other buddies who have kids so i would like to be able to get lower rates and bring buddies for cheaper.
