JMooreTX Posted October 21 Posted October 21 It was in the low-50's when we teed off Sat. So I needed long sleeves. I was going to dig out some random quarter zip, but found my First Lite Kiln merino wool quarter zip baselayer. First Lite is a hunting brand that cuts their stuff long. I'm 6'5" and their standard sizes are plenty long in both the body and arms. I have a LOT of it. So I threw that on over my polo and it was perfect all day. Not super baggy but not overly tight either. Just right. No weird binding up in the shoulders or arms and was comfortable all day. When we finished it was sunny and mid-60s and I didn't over heat. They do have some solid color options if you don't want to roll with camo. My son wears their long sleeve baselayer crewnecks pitching in cold weather. Pricing will be a bit high but in line with Travis Matthew or something along those lines. Definitely worth a look for a multi-sport usage.
