So I am probably 6 months or so out of being able to put in my own Sim in the garage of the house we will be purchasing. I have been pricing out less expensive options, and more expensive options but one thing that has been constant is using the SimBooth 2 as the enclosure. From the few videos I have seen, it looks stunning and well made for the price. Everything is built using solid panels with wood and aluminum and features a full floor surface for putting and pieces together like a puzzle in under 2 hours according to website. The ceiling and half side walls add protection and looks great in my opinion and looks very FullSwing-ish without the 45-60k price tag. No curtains, droopy fabric, or PVC piping I think is aesthetically pleasing. The enclosure pairs seamlessly with the parent company's camera/Ai-based overhead monitor, the GolfIn IDRA II. Seems like it has plenty of data points, a spotlight for hitting area, and GS Pro integration. It mounts directly to the enclosure and has a beam that extends behind hitting area for projector. I like this since I would not have to mount anything to the ceiling of the garage and could move and shift everything as needed. I just cannot find any reviews or information about the sim monitor. It looks great and love all the features, but curious if anyone has any input or experience with the SimBooth 2 enclosure or the GolfIn IDRA II?

They offer a full kit bundle with enclosure, monitor, projector, side walls, software, etc. for $15695, but I would want a 4k Projector such as the BenQ TK700STi or TK710STi versus the 1080p one. I have priced everything out including an Alienware Aurora R16 Desktop paired with a Dell Touchscreen Monitor and it would be around $17683 for what I want before tax and delivery. If I do not find out much regarding the overhead monitor, I could go a cheaper route for that and use same set up with the likes of the a Uneekor Eye Mini Lite for under $14k. AT&T fiber is on the way street by street in our area, and the garage is detached from the house but should not have any issues with burying about 100-125ft of high-end waterproof ethernet cable and run it from the gateway through the walls and to the PC. Any advice is appreciated!
