I'm struggling to decide on which one of these to get. But I would really like to know if anyone has experience with the size of the cart bag vs. Stand bag. I'm hoping for any sort of Vessel Experienced people. And the reason why I'm thinking of going Vessel, is honestly, I finally have some money to do it, I want something a little nicer for myself as a Birthday/Christmas gift, and I'm planning on this bag being the last one I have for a very very long time.

Here's why I'm struggling, and was leaning towards cart:

1) I don't walk anymore. I use a pushcart or golf cart exclusively. Par 3 courses I have a Sunday Loma I use for those.

2) Driving Range. I have a Rapsodo at home that I use for 99% of my range practice, but when I go to the range, I only bring the clubs I'm practicing that day with and usually bring my Par 3 Sunday bag with them clubs in it.

3) I don't have a need for all the space, but in New England, with weather changes, it's nice to have the extra pockets on a push cart to stow my layers/rain gear.

Here's my only problem with going cart bag and maybe why I should go stand

1) Is it obnoxiously big? Once in a golf cart does it just dominate the back space?

2) is it harder to travel with a cart bag? I plan on travelling with my clubs to different locations. I keep thinking I'm going to use a cart, but some places looks like I need to use a caddy, in which, a Stand Bag I'd imagine be more preferable?

3) My current stand bag, is okay. It's a very cheap Amazon Taylormade and the legs are already breaking. I'm assuming Vessel bags have better stands?

4) Stand bags usually have that stupid flapper that causes the bags to twist and turn and not sit flush in carts and push carts. I think vessel solved that but hoping for experience.

If you run around sharing your feelings too much, you'll eventually arrive at a place where you're not only still screwed up, but now everyone knows about it, too." - John Gierach - Sex, Death and Fly Fishing
