LiiFT4 week7 day2: legs/Hiit/core.  Treadmill jog 1 mile/walk uphill 1/2 mile.

*raining outside.  Superspeed training session 3 after rain stops (speed taken by MLM2pro, I’ll post later)

I’ll be receiving the hack motion 2.0 from @vandyland sometime soon and I plan testing the two putting stability data points.  As for now just trying to get a consistent stroke until it arrives.

Speed training:  I’m doing the whole protocol, but only registering the last green clubs speeds for the last 3-5 swings.  My baseline two weeks ago was 104.  Making a little progress
