Single Plane Swing

Been reading about the single plane swing.  Have you converted to it?  How long did it take you and did you think it helped your game?

@Shankster. Ate you still using this swing?

I noticed in the video that your backswing was much shorter.

Have you been able to increase the upper portion?

Did you generally gain or lose distance?

I’ve abandoned it.  
 

That was a wedge swing in the video.

I did get some really good results, and ended up getting my driver CHS up to north of 120+mph with that set up.  I recently posted a video of a driver swing, I’ll see if I can find it.

Ive contemplated going back to it, but what I’m doing now is working too well to mess around with it.

My accuracy and distance were superb with it.  I was hitting my 58° about 120 yards with that swing.  It got to the point where I was hitting driver/wedge on most of the par 4’s and maybe have like a 6 iron into the par 5’s.  But, it took my already high ball flight and made it higher…. 

I have tried it a few times since just to see if I could do it again, and I could, but I would need a whole different set of clubs. The ones I have are way too upright.
