recommended online shops

Wondering which online shops does the MGS community use regularly?

I usually buy my shoes from www.tgw.com and when I don't need the newest stuff from www.rockbottomgolf.com

Now I'm looking for a shop that can offer custom lengths or shaft upgrades. If the prices are good, even better! I saw TGW has the Cobra Amp for $199 I think while other websites still have it up for $299.

Can you guys recommend any?

Perhaps we can start a list of reliable shops, good price, good service, etc.

Perfect, wd! Thanks.

Discount on custom orders are not strictly necessary, I just thought it might be easier to have them shorten a club instead of me removing the grip, cutting it and reinstalling it.

There is also intheholegolf.com, a MGS sponsor.

I recently purchased a Callaway RAZR Fit Tour Authentic driver from a store called Great Golf Deals.com. They did not have the 8.5 - Stiff in stock and Callaway was sold out also but it just so happened they had the Callaway Tour Van at their store that week and they were able to build one for me. The only thing was that they had to ship the headcover and the weight kit separately from Callaway which arrived a week later. Needless to say i was happy with their service and price and them going out of their way to get me the driver I was looking for.

Driver:Bridgestone J33R 460

Fairway:Bridgestone J33 3 Wood

Irons: Bridgestone J33 Forged Combo 2-PW

Wedges Titlest Vokey Spin Mill 56 60

Putter: Scotty Cameron Newport

About a year ago I found this website that sells instant golf vouchers all over the county. The deals are typically half off. I live in Michigan and use it a lot. It's free to join www.mygolfdeals.com, but you will get emails from them once a week. If you can deal with that, than you are good to go. I am heading to Las Vegas next week and they actually have Las Vegas Golf Course Deals. Here is the link to check it out if you are interested.

For those in Europe... I stumbled upon this one and they seem to have very good prices.

http://www.golfbuyitonline.com/

Checked out their reviews, reputation and it seems to be a legit website.

golfstoreeurope.com har incredibly low prices. Not as much in stock as they claim, I know a lot of people that have waited 2-4 weeks for stuff that was "in stock" to be shipped from GSE.

Discount Dans: No prices listed on website, but you won't find better anywhere, especially on custom orders.

Global Golf: Used at good prices

eBay

The Peoples Clubs (for anything Tour Issued, Will's your man)

GolfWorks: Clubbuilding supplies, they're the nicest I've ever spoken with in the biz.

GolfSmith: If you want to order something and be at their warehouse's whim whether you actually get it

Golf Discount: Support the place that gives MGSers a discount, nuff said.

FairwayGolf: JDM stuff and unique/rare items

Rakuten: Global marketplace for all things JDM

There are others out there, and really, it depends on what I'm looking for as to whom I buy from.

In The Bag
Driver: TaylorMade M2 (2017) w/ Project X T1100 HZRDUS Handcrafted 65x
Strong 3 wood: Taylormade M1 15* w/ ProjectX T1100 HZRDUS handcrafted 75x
3 Hybrid: Adams PRO 18* w/ KBS Tour Hybrid S flex tipped 1/2"
4 Hybrid: Adams PRO 20* (bent to 21*) w/ KBS Tour Hybrid S flex tipped 1/2"
4-AW: TaylorMade P770 w/ Dynamic Gold Tour Issue Black Onyx S400

SW: 56* Scratch Tour Dept(CC grooves) w/ Dynamic Gold Spinner
LW: 60* Scratch Tour Department (CC grooves) w/ Dynamic Gold Spinner
XW: 64* Cally XForged Vintage w/ DG X100 8 iron tiger stepped
Putter: Nike Method Prototype 006 at 34"

Have a ton of back-ups in all categories, but there are always 14 clubs in the bag that differ depending on the course and set-up. Bomb and gouge. Yes, I'm a club gigolo.

Like Rookie, I use all the above regularly-ish. Global Golf is about the best place you can go if you're iffy on eBay.

I also use Hirekogolf.com (a lot), valuegolf.com, and Rockbottomgolf.com.

If you are looking for one time pull shafts, Spargogolf.com has great deals. You can get TMag TP shafts for dirt cheap off there; I bought a Fujikura Motore TP off of there for $40, to put in a Burner last year.

And last but not least, if you're a fan of Aldila shafts, you can go to their closeout store (http://www.aldilastore.com/servlet/-strse-Closeout-Shafts/Categories) to get some great prices. I've bought several shafts from there for dirt cheap.
