Abigale Lynn is an up and coming product line out of Lexington, KY started by Teresa Wallen, an avid golfer who was interested in starting a line of golf products that bridge the gap between versatility, fashion, and function. AL's current product lineup consists of visors, visor bands, ball marker bracelets with interchangeable bands, and hat clip ball markers.

 

The products tested included Abigale Lynn's Sport Visor with the Royal Metallic and Metallic Circles interchangeable visor bands, and their Cat Paw Ball Marker Bracelet.

 

 

 

 

The Interchangeable Visor

 

There are currently three Visor Styles to Choose from; the Ladies Sport Visor, Junior Sport Visor, and the Classic Twill Visor. The one shown is the black ladies sport visor which is made of 100% Polyester and fits nice and comfortably around the head. Prices range from $17-21 on the visors.

 

 

 

There are currently three visor band collections, the Luxe, Classic, and Novelty, which allow consumers to choose from over 25 styles of classic and contemporary prints & fabrics, allowing golfers to create multiple looks while using the same visor. The Visor Bands come in over 25 styles, ranging from $14-$18. The Royal Metallic and the Metallic Circles styles that are shown are part of the Luxe collection.

 

How To Attach & Detach Visor Bands

 

 

 

As you can watch in the video, the steps are simple to replace the visor with a different band whenever needed. The visors have a velcro strip above the brim, and the bands also have velcro on the back, making it easy to attach and detach whenever you need to switch styles.

 

 

 

 

 

The one thing I loved about the sport visor was that it has a replaceable sweatband, which can be disposed of and replaced with a new one. This would be a great concept to adapt for men's hats, especially considering at one point or another you've probably had a favorite hat that you stained with sweat so bad that your wife finally made you throw it out because it looked so discolored.

 

The Ball Marker Bracelet

 

 

Another great product by Abigale Lynn is the Ball Marker Bracelet. Shown above is the Cat Paw design, which is perfect for anyone from Big Blue Nation to show off their Wildcat Spirit! It looks & feels just like wearing a watch, which makes it great to wear before or after a round of golf too. This product is a great alternative to the typical hat clips you usually see ladies wear. The fact that this looks like a watch, allows you to wear it dressed up or down when you go out after you play golf and most people won't even notice that it's just a ball marker until you point it out to them.

 

The Ball Marker Bracelet is priced at $36 and even if you aren't a Kentucky fan, they have a variety of other ball markers to choose from including a horseshoe, high heel, martini, poker chip, and also added this year, the Mallory Blackwelder collection. Mallory was not only one of my college teammates at UK, but you may also recognize her as the last woman standing in last year's Big Break Ireland on the Golf Channel.

Overall, these products are great quality pieces that live up to their value, and also bring a new level of versatility to Women's Golf Accessories. The ball marker bracelet is a great multi-purpose item that looks great on and off the golf course, and the visor collection comes with bands to suit many fashion styles. I'd love to see Abigale Lynn add more ball marker options and add hats to their product line that allow the same band adjustability options as the visors do currently.
