Wool or Leather Headcovers?

I'm looking at getting either a wool or leather headcover and I was wondering which one would be better. I only need it for the driver so a couple things:

- it needs to stay on well

- it has to be durable

- not get ruined when it rains

 

Some of the companies I'm looking at are Rocket Tour, Seamus Golf, Stitch Golf, and Cru Golf. I'd also like to hear any other companies that you recommend.

I've been using Rocket Tour for 5 years now. Work fine for me. I've even tossed them in the washer with no problems.

I second rose and fire, I have a set of black on black leathers for my woods and they are very nice, Mike the owner is open to make up almost any design and easily reachable on his Facebook page

I use the stock manufacturer's headcover. I'm boring like that.

Zach at Best Grips will get it done. I use a little windex to clean my headcovers from him. I have them on my woods and a few putters as well. Driver headcover has been used for 3 seasons in the Houston area and seen plenty of heat and rain...no issue to speak of. Plus he can do some sweet custom stuff if you want. They cost more than knit, but how well can you customize knit? 

 

Best grips leather is top notch. Heck I gave my groomsmen all personalized headcovers from Best Grips and they loved it.

I just got a set of wool head covers from Sunfish. I like wool/knit because they never "stick" when I'm trying to pull them over a head. Also, they are animals. I got eagle, frog and cow. That's a solid team.

Whiskey, I'm thinking leather. Wool is a dirt and debris magnet that is just a wet sock in the rain. Maybe they have waterproof now but the stuff they pickup off the ground is a pain to get out.
