I'm in the same boat, not a fan of the looks, but can't beat the comfort.

 

I'd probably wear the bottom 2 pairs.

The brown one isn't too bad. Depends how they feel. Like barbajo said, I wear Trues as well. Not good looking, but comfortable. I've been wanting to check out the newer Trues to see if they look better. Haven't checked them out tho.

Someone would have to give me a pair for free to consider wearing them, and even then I don't think I actually would. It's not so much the style as the colors. The only pair up there I would wear on the course is the brown/white pair and even then I can think of 8 other pairs in the same color scheme I would rather wear.

I've never owned a pair of Skechers before but I'd try em out. A lot of my old guys around the club swear by Skechers gym shoes.

I'm one of the old guys that wears comfortable shoes & I've got 3 pairs of Sketchers, although the only ones pictured above that I'd consider wearing are the brown/white ones. For the money, they're a good value for a comfortable shoe, although I always try them on before purchasing since their sizing sometimes seems "sketchy"

If anything I'd consider the bottom one cause it looks like a Nike runner, but otherwise those, to quote someone before me are fugly.

I don't think I would wear them. These don't appear to hold a candle to the Kikkor brand shoes.

Currently into my third week following surgery to repair a ruptured achilles. I am guessing that part of my rehab will involve some form of orthotics. Once I return to the game Ill be looking for a pair of really comfy shoes to get me through 18 holes. I'll have plenty of time to research as I'm told it'll be around 6 months til I get back on the course. Like the look of a couple of these but how comfy are they?
