TWShoot67
I personally use to play the step down tee's for the ease of always having the tee at the same height. Then I seen the Epoch evolve tee's and seen how sturdy they are and they hardly ever break so I've been giving them a run for the last season or so. I noticed now as well they have them like most tees with the different heights already marked on the tee as to get proper height. what do you use? Moecat
Yellow Brush-Ts for the driver for me. I just have to put it in without fiddling around to get the right height. The ball is also very stable when sitting on top ... useful during windy days.
mcbush25
I have been using Zero Friction tees for the past two years. They are just as strong as the Epoch...and they have beautiful color choices .

mcbush25
The thing I love about the Epoch, Zero Friction and other tees is how they claim to help you get more distance. I just like the zero friction because it takes a natural disaster to break one so I don't go through that many tees as quickly as I used to with the old wooden tees. TWShoot67
Personally I find that the Zero friction tee's to be not as heavy or sturdy as the Epoch. They seem to be atleast a 1/4 the diameter of the epoch, atleast when i tried them they seemed very flexible... then again my course sometimes it gets a little hard during the summer lol The Bag: Right handed Cobra King FLYZ+ 10.5* w/ Aldila Rogue 125 R 44.5" Tour Issued TM M2 10.5 w/ Mitsubishi Tensi CK Pro Blue 60S Tour Issued TM M2 15* w/ GD Tour AD 7S 43" TM R7 17.5 HFS w/ Tour AD 7S Stiff 42" Cobra S3 Pro's 4-pw w/ Aldila RIP Tours SLT 115 Reg. 5i 38.5" Titleist Vokey Proto's 52*,54*,58* all TTDG S-400 TM TP5 X Scotty Cameron SSS Tiffany 009 350 34.5" or Bettinardi BB1 DASS Proto GHIN # 5144472

jamo
Occasionally I'll use No Friction tees because they don't break, but they get all bent and in the MA fall and spring that can cause a problem.
tofudc5
I found this rubber tee at my local course and I love it to bits!! I use it only for my driver and it causes no damage to the driver at all. I love it and would love to know where I can buy more from. I have no idea what brand it is, maybe I can post a pic and hope someone here knows what it is. SPY VIP GolfSpy Dave Posted March 6, 2010 SPY VIP Share Posted March 6, 2010 I recently went to Epoch after a friend recommended them. Very nice with the driver. Not as much of a fan with the short tee version though. I usually go with the found broken model then. MmmmmmBuddy
I was given a 20 pack of Zero Friction tees at a tournament 3 years ago, and I am STILL not out of them. I don't know if I don't play enough golf, or the tees are that good. I'm going with not enough golf. Matt Saternus
Has anyone ever hit off of one of these? www.mirrorteeworks.com I've never even seen that before. Very interesting. I didn't look at the site too carefully, but how is it different than leaning a plain tee forward? For myself, I like the "Pro Tees" (I think that's the name) that have the blue stripe around the middle so that you can get a consistent tee height. I'd tried some of the plastic tees and they just get bent up in my experience. Follow me on Twitter: @MattSaternus

Richie3Jack
I use the step down tees, but it has nothing to do with the actual stepdown process and I'll alter my tee height on purpose depending on the tee shot. But, they have the right height of tee I'm looking for and they are pretty durable. My 'stock' tee height is teeing the ball in the ground until my index finger hits the ground. I used the epoch tees and liked them, but they bend too much 3JACK Author of Pro Golf Synopsis. Addicted2Golf
I've used zero friction tees for years and love them. However, a company just sent me a bag of D-Tee's for review which are kinda cool because they can double as a divot tool and groove cleaner. I will post pics here in a little bit. nvgolfdude
I'll throw in a plug/vote for Epoch tees. I seem to have picked up a few yards with the driver (less spin, more role out). I switched to these mid-season 2009. I plan to stick with them through the 2010 season. david@byronputters.com Best Line of 2010: WOOOOOHHHHOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!! TWISTED FREAKING MAGIC!!!!!!
