Lumigrids is a LED bike projector, but I think you might be able to see the other application all the guys with the golf flu will find for this.

If I read the sizes right the biggest it can get is 300x200mm, which is a little over 11"x7" for the US guys. If I miss an 11" putt I don't think this grid would help me.

 

However that would be one of the coolest gadgets ever to use during a glow ball tourney

As far as a bike application goes it looks to be just far enough to let you see what you are about to hit. Enough space to say, "Oh Sh."

Wait until a larger one is available that will cover all the green ... wait until darkness and go out and light up the greens. Take photos and then issue them out with the course guide or as a download...

LED's used to be not very bright... time has changed that.

 

something like this that starts out very small will someday be able to be used in large areas if there is a demand for it.
