I am having some bags made up for staff members of MyGolfSpy that will be included in a story when they are complete. But just wanted to share a few pics of some of the prototypes.

 

Bags are being made by Vessel Bags.

Those are some sharp looking bags!! I'm partial to the silver, but both really pop and should be recognizable on the course :)

 

Just curious how come you didn't add the .com on the end of Mygolfspy to make the website more recognizable?

Tried it with and without, placement wise it just either had to be too small or took too much away from the logo from a design standpoint in my opinion. But .com is definitely more effective in marketing terms I do agree.

 

I mean the logo isn't like like the Nike swoosh, doesn't have world wide recognition, I should know better ;)

 

Seriously though this was less about marketing in this particular case.

I love the full logo on the yellow bags, but it does suck the .com isn't on there somewhere.

 

I get asked constantly because of the hats what MyGolfSpy is & always tell them it's a website and what we do. But perhaps it's a good thing there's no .com because it becomes a conversation piece.

I'd like to see the club in the logo have strokes that match the Spy's lines. They feel like two separate pieces of art. The colors are fresh when everyone is doing red, black and white. I also like the bag's design construction.

Could you guys obtain the domain name MGS.com and have it automatically link to your home page? Would fit nicely on anything you wanted to put it on. I'm not very computer savvy so that might be a dumb idea. :P

Beautiful bags!!

 

The black/yellow is close enough to black/gold, so that one is super sweet.

 

I'm guessing that these qre $550+, so their's no chance of getting a more reasonable cart bag?

 

I'd buy one straight away, but damn, I can't swing $500+ for a bag, though if I could, that black/yellow son of a b*tch would be in Pittsburgh filled with Mizzys when they released em for sale, lol :)

Sharp bags all the way around. Personally I like the yellow trim better. The Infiniti staff bag that I have is similar design. I do know one thing the hard handle on those bags is a hassle when you are putting the bag irons out on a riding cart. I modified my Infiniti by cutting the hard handle off and installing a flat strap off an old Titleist bag. Other than that it is a great bag. I believe these same people make the bags for Srixon also

Also I love your bag, but I would never play you for money.  I look at a bag and see newest driver, new fairway metals, modern Irons, the latest wedges, and a putter from 1959.  That is a butt kicking just waiting to happen.
