Finding an inexpensive humidor

So I've been buying cigars more frequently. I usually buy 5-10 at a time and smoke all or most all of them before purchasing more. But I don't smoke them on a daily basis, and I'd like to find an inexpensive small humidor so I can keep them fresh for a little longer between tokes. Anyone have any advice on finding one or know of a good one to buy?

Have a ton of back-ups in all categories, but there are always 14 clubs in the bag that differ depending on the course and set-up. Bomb and gouge. Yes, I'm a club gigolo.

I bought a pretty good one on eBay that the Humidifier was unglued, so I got it really cheap. Hold 50 cigars, but can't remember what I paid for sure. $30?

Pics from sometime last year.

I used to have one just like that, I think I got from some ad in the back of a magazine and it came with a bunch of cigars. Not sure if it was actually good or not, but I never had an issue with the cigars so I guess it was ok.

You could also check out Cigar Afficionado's website. They have a bunch of reviews and ratings for humidors there. You have to sign up to look at them, but it's free.

Here's another vote for cheap humidors.... unless you've got the money...

I've had huge cabinet humidors and small desktop humidors. If you've got the order disorder (you're constantly finding deals and buying) then buy a bigger box than you need.

So long as you keep up on the humidity, you'll be fine with whatever box you get.

I'm a big fan of humidification beads (not anal beads...)

There are a couple of important things about buying a humidor:

1. In order to keep the Humidity at 68-70 Percent, the humidor has to be filled at least 75 % with cigars or else you will overwork the humidification device you choose to use.

If you cycle through cigars, just get a cheap Humidor and a couple of Humipacks, throw the cigars in a Ziplock with the Humipack and your good for 30-45 days.

Great Place for Cheap, good quality Humidors is:

PS. another note, knowing you collect guns, if you have an old Pelican case, those work fantastic, Just use the Humipack Suggestion I mentioned above and you will be golden.....

Go to cigar.com and pick one up there. Look through their sampler packs that include a humidor in the package. You can frequently find samplers of 10-20 decent cigars with a humidor for less than $50.
