Submitted without comment, except to say that this is hands down the most badass-looking driver we've received in quite some time.

Cannot wait to hit it. Enjoy all the pics.

alien ware? =)

Is that thing even legal? ANd what kind of Swing speed minimum do you have to have?

USGA Legal, and we'll be putting them in the hands of a couple guys over age 50 with ~85MPH swings. They'll be using either a 10.5 or 12.

That's such a good idea particularly as that basically describes me - be really interesting to see if the added loft of a 12 degree driver gets those extra yards for an 85mph swing like Tom Wishon is always saying it will

I have this club and tried two of their shafts, disappointing-- then put in a Diamana Kai li and now love it. Really long and straight. Everybody who hits it now can't believe it. It is for real.

Why wait, just post it up. People want reviews from users.

I did not really hit it enough to do a full on review and I hate being the thread jumper but I can add my 2 cents.

I hit a 6 degree mounted on a 2x LD shaft (I do not remember what shaft it was). It launched very good, similar to my Geek 6 degree head but a little higher. Might have been the shaft. One thing I noticed right away was that the ball seemed to fly off the face of the Formula 5 a lot faster. It was hard to keep an eye on it without a spotter. The total distance ended up to be the same though. Again, could have been because of the shaft not being exactly the same as I normally swing. I think the F5 flew farther while my others rolled more. My overall impression was that it was a solid club and would perform well against any other driver out there.

The only negative thing I see with any of the Krank products is the price. I am not saying they are not worth it, it is a very solid performing club. You do not get nearly half of the Pro LD guys swinging your driver if it does not perform. I am saying I am a little bit of a cheap skate so since I do not get better performance in distance or forgiveness I will stick with my Geeks for now.

Lance, if you want to try and change my mind you can send me a demo to try out! Just saying. Good luck to all your guys at World's!

I see that you have received tool and weights with your order? I received my Krank formula 5 on June 5th but without tools or extra weights, are they supposed to be shipped with or without? Please reply Krank Golf. This driver has become my #1.

Thanks
