Taylormade RBZ Stage 2 driver defects?

In the "Charles Howell DQ" thread pertaining to his faulty SLDR, someone mentioned that there have been a slew of defect issues with the RBZ Stage 2.

 

I don't think there are any problems with mine, but what have the rest of you experienced? Any tell-tale/warning signs that one should be on the look-out for?

Moe: They didn't ship. The defects I was talking about in the other thread was down to quality control issues from the plant in China not having what they made up to snuff for TM. Thus their inventory took a bit of a hit as they couldn't allocate those units.
