@ole gray I'm pretty proud of myself with the new exercise routine I put in place this past December. In addition to the workouts which I alternate every other day. I'm doing 50 push-ups and 50 sit-ups each in the morning and late afternoon workouts so that equals 100 each every other day. At 73, I feel better than I did at 50 or 60. Now let's see how that translates to improved swing speed 😂
