Started yesterday. Goal is at least 100 push ups a day for the entire year. Split up in sets of 10 or 25. I may add 10-20 or more per day each month. Also might add 100 sit ups a day, and probably pull ups starting with 10 a day. Anyone care to join me? I’ll be posting updates in here if there’s any interest. 20 more push ups to go for today.
@ole gray I'm pretty proud of myself with the new exercise routine I put in place this past December. In addition to the workouts which I alternate every other day. I'm doing 50 push-ups and 50 sit-ups each in the morning and late afternoon workouts so that equals 100 each every other day. At 73, I feel better than I did at 50 or 60. Now let's see how that translates to improved swing speed 😂
