Handicap: 17.7 and a bum shoulder

Current Set: Ping G20 driver, K15 3 & 5 woods, G15 hybrids, G10 irons (steel) iwedges (52, 56, 60)

Vacation Set: Adams Speedline 11 driver, Speedline LP fairways, A12OS hybrid, Callaway x-14 irons (graphite), Vokey wedges (52, 56, 60)

 

As I've never been a long hitter, I've spent considerable time cobbling together my current set to optimize what I can bring to the party. That said, lack of distance always puts extra pressure on the scoring clubs/short game to hit it close for a chance at par, so the opportunity to see what the SCOR system can do for my game would be a genuinely interesting assignment. Inasmuch as I write for a living, it's safe to say I'll be able to report back with a concise-yet-comprehensive review. (Everybody gets to decide what's funny, so we'll just leave the humor part alone for now.) We play right through November 'round these parts, and with so many courses just down the road, testing will include a wide variety of terrain, turf and weather conditions.
