I actually enjoy the music on the course. It doesn't need to be incredible loud or anything but I actually practice a lot with headphones it. Just I agree on the course it isn't necessary to be blaring music.
I find it just takes my head out of it and I focus on the music instead of every detail of the shot and normally I just swing.
