As advised by #Blueberry_Squishie, I'd first validate the lofts on each club (do them all while you're at it) and check the length of each.
Then, get on a launch monitor and confirm:
1.) The distances that you're actually hitting them and the clubs either side of them
2.) The dynamic loft that you're applying to them (if your lofts are correct, it could be that with your 50 degree wedge you are reducing loft at impact through shaft lean)
The last thing to do would be to buy another wedge as you'll have the same issue if you don't know what's going on...
