  1. Hey @Rainy_PNW, sorry you've not received a response yet. Can you just confirm you emailed customerservice@secondchance.co.uk? If so, I will raise it with our team internally and let them know to respond asap. If not, please email the above address and our team will respond.
  2. I don't think any piece of tech automatically connects to WiFi when you first turn it on. But, in the manual it states on page 11 how to set this up and, on page 14, bullet point 05 it states how to set preferences e.g. distance units.

Hi, thanks for posting details, I have had an exputt for just over a year and have used it a lot, to the point the foam stopper has worn and there seems to be a wear line developing on the mat that may be affecting the putts. I have cleaned, vacuumed and only used the mat inside but it seems it may be worn out, so I was wondering what options were available?

    I don’t like putting practice but this device is really helpful, addictive and fun! I’d hate to lose it.
