I had a complete fitting a few years ago and ended up with the Gen 2 P irons only (5-PW). The driver didn't have any more pop than the current Ping at the time, though the fairway woods and hybrids almost got me. The lofts on all clubs are so strong now, you have to go by what degree it is vs. the club number, to see what you're really getting. Even between Gen 2 and Gen 4, the lofts got stronger. My Gen 2 5 iron is basically a Gen 4 6 iron.
