I had the same problem (except for playing in the Jr qualifier) first in late spring 2021, a 6 month old M6 face cracked clear across the face. TM replaced it w Sim 2 plus which I did not like, I got another M6 which cracked 2 months later along the bottom edge of the face (where the face is joined with the body). Went back to the Sim 2 +, but then I noticed that one cracked along the top of the body of the driver. Sent them both to TM, who claimed that the M6 was a counterfeit but they replaced the SIM ( I sold it and went back to using the M4 from a few years ago).
