I personally don't practice every day. If weather allows on specific days I drive to Bandon Dunes and use the Practice Center which has a 9 hole course I play and practice all types of shots (Bunker, Chips, Pitches, Chip and run, etc.). I will also putt. At home I putt, some times chip using foam balls. I will also go to a local sports field and hit limited distance balls then hit pitch, pitch and run, Flop, chip shots. On other days I use my Total Gym or ride a bike and stretch.
